This document is in preparation. The Terms of Service are contractual text — price, subscription term, notice period and liability — and will be published before the first contract is signed. Until then, what applies is what was agreed in writing with us. If you need the final text now, write to the contact address at the foot of this page.

1. Who provides the service

Conormio is software for managing construction projects. The legal entity providing the service, its registered address and its representative will be named here and in the contract.

2. Accounts and use

The account is opened and used by a company through its employees. The company's owner account invites employees and decides which parts of the application each of them may open and whether they may change data.

Keeping sign-in credentials safe is the customer's responsibility. Passwords are stored only in hashed form and cannot be read by us.

3. Your data stays yours

The data you enter — projects, positions, prices, norms, documents — remains yours. We process it solely in order to provide the service to you. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

4. Price, term and termination

In preparation. This section will state the price, payment terms, subscription term, notice period, the window for exporting your data after termination, and the period within which we delete our copies.

5. Availability and support

6. Liability

In preparation. This section will state the limitation of liability and the obligations of both parties.
